Delivery Method/Multiple Shipments

Kelly & Hayes accepts a full range of payment options, including credit cards, PIN debit cards, electronic gift cards, Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT), electronic checks and now mobile wallets like Apple Pay™ and Google Wallet™. With credit card orders, your card will be billed once the order has been confirmed.

You will incur one shipping charge per order...if your order requires multiple shipments, that one shipping charge represents the total of all shipments for your one order. In special circumstances we may need modify shipping charges to account for limitations in our ecommerce checkout platform. In these cases we will contact you by telephone or email prior to charging your credit card.

Kelly & Hayes will make reasonable efforts to ship orders received before the cutoff time on the same day (Monday-Friday). Please note that orders received after the cutoff time likely will not be shipped out on the same day.
