Shipping/Freight Policy
All Catalog Products and Sourced Products are shipped F.O.B. Origin with all costs imposed by the carrier related to the shipment paid by Kelly & Hayes and charged to Customer on Customer’s invoice. Receipts for freight charges will not be furnished. COD shipments are not permitted. Fuel surcharges and other surcharges may be applied. Title and risk of loss pass to Customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If the product is damaged in transit, Customer's only recourse is to file a claim with the carrier. If Buyer chooses freight collect, shipments will be F.O.B. Origin using carrier designated by Customer.
Shipping Cutoff: 3:30PM ET
Kelly & Hayes will make reasonable efforts to ship orders received before the cutoff time on the same day (Monday-Friday). Please note that orders received after the cutoff time likely will not be shipped out on the same day.
*Free Ground Shipping Terms
Offer only applies to orders eligible to ship via UPS Ground. This includes packages up to 150 lbs. and 108 inches. Offer is only valid on eligible https://www.kellyhayes.com orders of $300 or more. Does not apply to orders that are shipping to HI, AK, or Puerto Rico. Kelly & Hayes Electrical and Plumbing Supply reserves the right to deny free shipping on any order.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, notwithstanding any principals of conflicts of law. If any part of these terms and conditions is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. Kelly & Hayes can revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice by updating this posting.
International Order Requests (E-Commerce):
All international buyers: Please note important ordering details. Once confirmed, orders are final and cannot be canceled or returned. Payment must be made solely via wire transfer, and processing won't begin until funds are received and confirmed in our account. You're responsible for all wiring fees, plus a $50 inbound charge. Accepting the invoice or depositing funds within 5 days signifies your agreement to these terms, which supersede all prior or future communications. Payment must be initiated within 5 business days of receiving wiring instructions, or Kelly & Hayes reserves the right to decline or cancel your order. Standard export packing is included (cardboard cartons, wooden skids, black shrink wrap, and banding as required), with additional protective options available for an extra fee.
